Drop end of shift cash as follows: Lunch: Leave till in register after lunch shift and close register as usual. Dinner: Drop till with other cash. Flip the tray so the coins are not visible upon first glance but leave register half open to prevent breakage during theft. Double check safe to make sure cash has dropped.
